  • Cette étude a été menée conjointement avec l'agence Think Tank, pour l'aménagement d'un pôle tertiaire au coeur de la nouvelle zone d'activités actuellement en développement sur le site de l'ancien hôpital Boucicaut.
    Il prend la forme d'un bâtiment lame, qui prend place en front de rue, devant la façade de l'ancien pavillon Vilain, dont il est à la fois la nouvelle façade et l'extension.
    L'articulation entre les deux bâtiments se fait par une rue intérieure, colonne vertébrale du projet qui relie les deux entités aux niveau du rez-de-chaussée et premier étage. Cele-ci permet de gérer l'ensemble des accès et des circulations entre les deux entités. Le nouveau bâtiment intègre également la rampe d'accès à un parking en sous-sol.
    Le bâtiment, qui se déploie sur cinq niveaux, propose une présence urbaine forte à l'entrée de l'îlot Boucicaut. Sa façade reprend le dessin du volet parisien dans une succession de persiennes métalliques perforées, jouant à la fois le rôle de protection solaire et animant la façade au gré des manipulations des utilisateurs.

  • This study was led together with 'Think Tank' architects, for the development of a tertiary program to be built in the heart of the site of the former Boucicaut hospital. The blade shaped building takes place facing the street, in front of the facade of the former Vilain pavilion, becoming at the same time its extension and its new facade.
    The articulation between the two buildings is achieved by an internal street, which works as the vertebral column of the project and connects both entities on the ground floor and the first floor levels. This street allows to manage all the accesses and the circulations between both entities. The new building also integrates the access ramp to an underground parking lot.
    The building deploys on five levels at the entrance of the block and proposes a strong urban presence. The design of the facade repeats the drawing of the Parisian shutter in a succession of drilled metallic venetian blinds, playing at the same time the role of solar protection and livening up the facade according to the manipulations of the users through the day.
